Background and Discussion:
This change in contract is needed to complete the construction contract for this project. Project Z100-00-00- X323 represents a combination of construction activities of three (3) different Project IDs located in the Addicks Reservoir (U) Watershed in Harris County, Texas. Several channels have experienced erosion and structural failures during recent storm events, and repairs are needed to ensure they function properly and safely. The objective of this Project is to repair failures within the project limits. Repairs include, but are not limited to, installing rock, rebuilding side slopes, replacing inlet structures and storm outfalls, removing sediment, and replacing concrete channel lining.
