Request for approval of the usage of Precinct Two charter buses for the purpose of transporting student and adult volunteers participating in the 3rd Annual Southbelt clean up event.

Background and Discussion:
The bus trip takes place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will transport student and adult volunteers to and from Beverly Hills Intermediate School to various locations along the surrounding main streets to clean up the rights-of-ways and medians. The event is sponsored by the Sagemont Civic Club.
