The purpose of the Children's Assessment Center Foundation, a Texas non-profit corporation (the "Foundation") is to advocate, support, and fundraise for the Children's Assessment Center. The Foundation is responsible for raising 50% of the Center's operating budget as mandated in the agreement between Harris County and The Children's Assessment Center.
