Background and Discussion:
After completing the base repair, contractor recommends placing a 1" level up surface course proceeded by a 1.5" final surface course for riding comfort. No additional cost to the County. Contractor requested an additional 37 days to complete the work and final adjustment deduction of (-$268,692.94),
Expected Impact:
After evaluating the varying elevations and cross slopes along John Ralston Road between Tidwell and Garret Road, it needs base repair to have a level of driving comfort with ride quality.
