Background and Discussion:
John Paul Landing ("JPL") cricket grounds have provided tremendous service to Houston's cricketing community since October 2022. In two short years, JPL's cricket grounds, with their ideal access, number of playing fields, and scenic surroundings, have become a cornerstone for youth cricket and its growth in the USA.
This request is made in accordance with Sections 6 and 20 of the Concessionaire's Agreement passed on August 27, 2024.
