Background and Discussion:
On January 9, 2024 Commissioners Court approved a contract renewal option with Webber Infrastructure
Management, Inc. (Primary); and Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. (Secondary) for roadway and facility
management, inspection and maintenance (Section II) for the Toll Road Authority through November 30, 2024. The CPI was mis-calculated due to a duplicated line item on the CPI calculation breakdown.
