Background and Discussion:
On-Call contract to be used for Facility Maintenance, Repairs, and Rehabilitation of Harris County facilities countywide. This amendment helps support additional tasks as needed by Harris County. 0% MWBE Utilization due to minimal expenditure has been associated with the current term.

Maintaining the scheduled maintenance required for existing Harris County facilities.
