Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded project are being amended:
2021 CDBG Funding:
* Project 2021-042 HC Pct 1 - Airline Improvement District. Lorino Water Sanitary Line Improvements Project (Pct 1) deobligate $271,950.00 in 2021 CDBG Funds. Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $0.00.
* Project 2021-022 Harris County Health & Safety Program deobligate $354,284.00 in 2021 CDBG funds. Total Project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $0.00.
2023 HOME Funding:
* Project 2023-008 HC Single Family Housing Program deobligate $1,595,625.50 in 2021 HOME funds. Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $11,617,221.97.
