Background and Discussion:
Commissioner Precinct One is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and equitable management of certain acreage of the Harris County Flood Control District's Kuykendahl Regional Detention Basin so that it is of maximum benefit to the community. To meet that responsibility for 2025, Precinct One would like to continue their agreement with Houston Sports Flyers for management of the Detention Basin until June 1, 2026, with two (2) 2-year renewal options.

Provision of efficient, effective, and equitable management of certain acreage of the Harris County Flood Control District's Kuykendahl Regional Detention Basin.
Alternative Options:
