Background and Discussion:
Harris County Housing and Community Development Department ("HCHCD") and the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation ("Corporation") entered into an Amended Management & Accounting Services Agreement ("Agreement") approved by Harris County Commissioners Court on December 19, 2023, and an original agreement approved by Harris County Commissioners Court on September 10, 2019, to provide management and accounting services for the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation.
HCHCD has led the Corporation since 2019 and has the demonstrated organizational capacity to support the Corporation to provide and finance affordable housing development opportunities in Harris County and that the Parties agree to renew the Agreement for a four-year term.
