Background and Discussion:
This amendment will provide design update, bidding, and construction phases services for the West Little York Stormwater Detention Basin. The project entails the design and construction of three stormwater detention basins along Langham Creek. Site conditions have changed since the final plans were completed in 2020, necessitating an update to the construction plans and related due diligence. This project occurs in the 3rd quartile under the 2022 Prioritization Framework approved by Commissioners Court.
