Background and Discussion:
This amendment is to increase the agreement amount for materials engineering and testing services for the Lockwood Design Modifications project. H100-00-00-E007 is a continuation of work on Hunting Bayou to finish work that was originally included in H100-00-00-E005 but could not be completed due to right-of-way and utility issues. Requesting amendment to increase the agreement amount and update to the current Harris County fee schedule so that Construction Materials Testing for H100-00-00-E007 can be performed under the existing contract as needed.
