Background and Discussion:
Joshua Lybarger (EIN 166592) was hired as the Plant Manager on December 4, 2023. In December 2024, OCE became aware that there was a discrepancy between the offer letter that was presented and the compensation rate in STARS. The offer presented to the employee was higher than our internal information, therefore this inconsistency needs to be resolved promptly to ensure that our company's integrity remains intact.
We kindly request that a status change be processed retroactively effective December 4, 2023, to December 13, 2024, to rectify this issue and maintain our commitment to fairness and transparency. A request has been submitted to the Auditor's Office to approve retroactive pay for the last 3 pay periods.
