Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Sheriff's Office requests to have a GEM car removed from it's inventory. The GEM needs a battery replacement and other possible repairs. The GEM car was obtained through the LESO government surplus program, and LESO has approved the item to be disposed of since it is past the retention period. If approved for removal, the GEM car will be sent to auction.
