Background and Discussion:
Uvalde Road is located in Harris County Precinct 2. The project generally proposes a 6-foot sidewalk on both sides of Uvalde Road, from Wallisville Drive to Holly Park Drive, totaling 10,044 linear feet of sidewalk. A section of the proposed sidewalk crosses the 10" Easton Energy Pipeline, and Harris County has requested a Letter of No Objection. ONEOK (Easton Energy Pipeline) has agreed to provide the Letter of No Objection but has requested a signed copy from the Commissioners' Court.
