Background and Discussion:
The City of Houston receives amendment requests to the MTFP annually and approves them through the Planning Commission and the City Council. The Office of the County Engineer as per the request from Harris County Precinct 3 is proposing to submit the listed amendments to address portions of Major Thoroughfares that either conflict with Precinct 3's plans, such as a drainage and floodplain issues or segments that may not be constructed due to other constraints.
