Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Veterans Service Department was awarded the Sargent Fox Suicide Prevention Grant for the grant term October 1, 2023 - December 31, 2024, and has been granted an extension through January 31, 2025. All nine positions are 100% grant funded positions. Veterans Services Department will deplete all spending under the grant budget on January 17, 2025, and will begin spending under the new grant.

Expected Impact:
Extending these PCN's funding dates will better enable VSD to execute the services under the grant award.

Alternative Options:
The court could choose not to approve this request.
