Background and Discussion:
The Hay Project consists of two buildings which are connected to one another with a covered walkway. The Services Center which includes administrative offices, a training room, medical counseling services, life skills classrooms, and gathering spaces. The Residential building includes gathering spaces, a kitchen, fitness room as well as the 50-unit apartments for individuals placed out of foster care.
The project is currently at the final stages of construction.
