Background and Discussion:
A teacher at The Opportunity Center charter school campus operated by the Juvenile Probation Department has requested 100 pocket Constitutions for use by the students. The school's business office searched for ways to obtain them without cost and located two potential donors whose websites mentioned donating them to schools, government offices, etc., when funds are available. Therefore, we would like permission to request free pocket Constitutions from each of the potential donors in the event either or both are unable to fulfill the request in full.
