Background and Discussion:
Creation of a new Coordinator IV position to assist with our P-Card Program. This update will best support ongoing efforts since Purchasing has implemented the new Target Operating Model, with no budget impact.
Expected Impact:
Purchasing implemented the Target Operating Model in September 2024 and continuing to strive to increase capacity for strategic planning and savings delivery for products and services, improve efficiencies and reduce procurement cycle times.
