Background and Discussion:
Asphaltic concrete and subgrade rehabilitation of various roads throughout Harris County Precinct 3 including but not limited to Malcomson from Grant to Louetta, Fenske from Cypress Church to Cypress Rose Hill Road, Cypress Church from Louetta to Mueschke, Old Town Spring limits from Traffic and Pedestrian Study - Old Town Spring.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
