Background and Discussion:
The U.S. Soccer Foundation previously awarded Precinct 4 with $100,000 for a mini pitch at Freed Park. To build onto this, the Foundation is awarding Precinct 4 $30,000 over three years to implement its Soccer for Success program at the same location.

The Grant will be in the form of cash and/or products from the Foundation's Partners, with $5,000 cash and $5,000 in product being provided to Precinct 4 annually for three years.

Office of Commissioner, Precinct 4 requests approval for Harris County to accept the grant for Soccer for Success in the amount of $30,000 for the purpose of providing soccer programming for children at Freed Park.
