Background and Discussion:
Barrett Station (Phase 1 - Dreamland Place) Subdivision Drainage Improvements project is in the Northeast area of Harris County, east of FM 2100 and north of FM 1942. The scope of this project includes regrading roadside ditches, replace undersized driveway culverts, removal and replacement of driveways, road replacement in certain sections and construction of a dry bottom detention basin with pump station on the northeast corner of the subdivision, south of East Broussard.
The change in the contract includes the following:
* Added 69 calendar days to the project time for delay of Pump Station equipment delivery to complete the scope of work on the project.
