Background and Discussion:
Pronto Shipping and Packaging Services INC. (the "Company"), a Texas company, has applied for designation and/or activation of a 0.4075-acre FTZ site within FTZ #84 and located at 7421 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Houston, TX 77033, in Harris County Precinct 1. The site is owned and will be operated by the Company.
