Background and Discussion:
In December 2023, the Office of County Administration awarded Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute a sub-grant of the Safety and Justice Challenge grant to assess behavioral health diversion opportunities in Harris County. The contract expired on March 29, 2024. The attached settlement agreement covers services the Contractor provided under an expired contract from March 30, 2024, through May 3, 2024.
