Background and Discussion:
Commissioner's Court approved award of TASB Buyboard Cooperative Program purchase to Mobile Modular Management Corporation in the amount of $605,695 on January 9, 2024. Mobile Modular Management Corporation is unable to furnish and install modular building at the site under the existing condition that Aries Building Systems, LLC can provide. This project will furnish and install a new modular office building for the Harris County Toll Road to be located at 815 Pear Street, Houston, TX 77060.
