Background and Discussion:
Harris County is allowing Astros Golf Foundation to use the premises for parking by its members, visitors, customers and invitees, representatives, agents and contractors for the TEXAS CHILDRENS HOUSTON OPEN. Harris County grants Astros Golf Foundation the right and license to use the premises at Astros Golf Foundation expense and risk and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
