Background and Discussion:
This is a request for a Right of Way acquisition of two parcels for an Intersection Improvement Project located at Huffmeister at SH 6. The Scope of work of the subject project is the addition of a Southbound right turn lane with addition of a 5' wide sidewalk on the west side of Huffmeister from SH 6 to about 400' north.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this item will ensure that the intersection improvement project is complete, impacting the community with an improved intersection for drivers and pedestrians that will now have a new sidewalk at this location.

If this request is not approved, the improvement project will be delayed, and the intersection will continue working under the current conditions.
