Background and Discussion:
North Eldridge Parkway from north of Spring Cypress Road to south of Gregson Road a Standard 4-lane concrete boulevard in 100-foot ROW with 32-foot raised median and underground storm sewer system. The southern project limit at Spring Cypress Road requires extending the southbound left turn lane to the standard 250 feet. Include median openings and left turn lanes with 100 feet of storage at Lakewood Hills Drive, Randy Riley Way, and Treetop Hills Lane. North Eldridge Parkway at Gregson Road, A Traffic Signal Warrant Study (TSWS) was conducted in 2015 and a signal is warranted.
