Background and Discussion:
The Sandpiper Village Subdivision is located northeast of the intersection of Aldine Westfield Road and Treaschwig Road. The scope and proposed improvements include addition of the storm sewers parallel to existing storm along Whitaker Way, upgrade and upsize storm sewer along Donalbain Dr., construction of new detention pond and upsize outfalls into the channel.
The change in contract includes the following:
Quantity Adjustment: The line items are adjusted to reconcile overrun and underrun quantities on the project for completion of the proposed scope of work.
