Background and Discussion:
Project is an asphalt roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation along various roadways and roadside ditch rehabilitation in Precinct 1.
Changes include the canceling of the original contract for convenience as allowed in the bid documents. Deduction of bid quantity will reduce all items not used during construction.
