Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Community Flood Resilience Task Force (CFRTF) serves in an advisory capacity to the Infrastructure Resilience Team (IRT) and Commissioners Court to promote collaboration among stakeholders and encourage equitable resilience planning efforts and flood resilience projects.
