Background and Discussion:
The Senior Project Manager of Engineering is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers and architects in the development and management of transportation related capital improvement projects (scope, direction, budget) and provides feedback on performance of the team members to supervisors based on a variety of metrics established by the division. The Senior PM of Engineer also directly manages transportation related capital improvement projects of complex scope and as well as recommends new projects to Precinct leadership that align with Precinct One's goals and objectives.
