Background and Discussion:
The Biz2Empower Management Training Series is an 8-week intensive small business management training series, at no cost to the contractor. The course is specifically designed to provide transaction level, hands-on, management training to help businesses learn how to implement business strategies and practices to overcome systemic barriers to business growth.
The training course includes learning objectives such as:
1) Basic Understanding of the Role of Procurement
2) How to Identify Contracting Opportunities
3) How to Build a Competitive Bid Pricing Strategy
4) How to Build Small Business Financial Capability and
5) How to Build and Manage Business Credit
