Management, Inc. to provide 18 vehicles for Public Health Services. In March 2019, the Master Agreement was
amended for the first time for the purpose of adding seven (7) more vehicles to the Master Agreement. In May 2022, the Master Agreement was amended for the second time to add additional funds and to add 38
additional vehicles to the Master Agreement. In January 2024, the Master Agreement was amended for the third time to add additional funds and to add one additional vehicle to the Master Agreement. This request is to amend the Master Agreement for the fourth time to add additional funds and twenty additional (20) vehicles.
