Background and Discussion:
With the assistance of Unbiased Consulting, the County Attorney's Office selected a new case management system to replace a legacy system that hinders productivity. Unbiased Consulting and the County Attorney's Office are now implementing the system. This requires significant work to design, migrate data, and develop software to communicate with legacy applications that are not being upgraded.
Expected Impact:
Unbiased Consulting's implementation assistance will help us continue to identify and prioritize the office's requirements, facilitate the transition of a significant amount of data from the old system to the new system, work with our new and old vendors to minimize business disruption, assist with the development of software to communicate with legacy applications, and assist in training.
