Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded project are being amended:
2018, 2022-2023 CDBG Funding:
* Project 2018-040 Tejano Center for Community Concerns, - Sunrise Lofts deobligate $21,364.17 in 2022 HOME-CHDO Funds and deobligate $823,848.00 in 2023 HOME-CHDO Funds.
* Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $3,582,265.73.
2020 CDBG Funding:
* Project 2020-025 Harris County Pct. 1- Airline ID E. Lorino Water and Sanitary Line Improvements deobligate $160,960.99 in 2020 CDBG Funds.
* Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $924,400.01.
Expected Impact:
Approval is required to: Return unspent funds from completed project.
