Background and Discussion:
This Amendment No. 2 will provide additional design, bidding, and construction phase services (CPS) in support Cypress Creek Batch 5 stormwater detention basin and channel maintenance projects. This agreement provides engineering support to the major Cypress Creek channel maintenance repairs, which were separated into five (5) Batch packages under the Bond Program.
