Background and Discussion:
This project is located in northeast Harris County in the Jackson Bayou watershed. It is to the west of Beaumont Highway and North of Runneburg Road. The existing conditions of the Runneburg Estates are roadside ditches that ultimately drains into HCFCD channel R100-00-00. The proposed improvements are to regrade roadside ditches, construct a new outfall, and a new detention basin for the Runneburg Estates Subdivision
