Background and Discussion:
The current executed agreement in place has an incorrect cross section. The exhibit included contains the parallel parking cross sections (sheet 22 in the agreement) that needs to be updated. Project number 2205180163 was added.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will now match the approved plan set.
Alternative Options:
Commissioners' Court can opt not to move forward with the non-standard maintenance agreement; however, this will delay the community development and impact project schedules.
