Background and Discussion:
The project is located in north Harris County, Precinct 1, south of FM 1960 and north of Richey Rd, generally bounded by I-45 to the east and Ella Blvd to the west. The North Forest Subdivision lies within the Greens Bayou Watershed. Proposed improvements include an upgraded storm sewer system and a detention basin. This agreement will provide Professional Services from the Engineer of Record during construction phase. This contract includes construction services for the construction phase.
