Background and Discussion:
The F212-00-00-C001 project is currently at Final Design Stage. The project consists of the replacement of an existing reinforced concrete stormwater pipe with new 10'x6' reinforced concrete stormwater boxes. The proposed reinforced concrete boxes are primarily located within public right-of-way; however, utility conflicts exist within the proposed alignment of the new reinforced concrete boxes. Expected Impact:
The project will reduce flood risks and strengthen resiliency in the Galveston Bay watershed.

Alternative Options:
There is no alternative to entering into an Agreement with CenterPoint Energy to resolve the utility conflicts.
