Background and Discussion:
The Resiliency Fund is an ARPA-funded, Early Childhood Initiatives program that provides developmental and therapeutic interventions to young children exposed to domestic violence and intimate partner violence. The Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council (HCDVCC) was selected to administer the program.
HCDVCC is now seeking a cost-neutral amendment to the budget. This amendment subtracts funds from the Personnel and Fringe lines and adds funds to the Equipment and Contractual lines to address current personnel and program implementation needs.
