Background and Discussion:
The county contract provides jury meals services and it is necessary to submit this renewal to avoid any break in service. Culinary Concessions, LLC dba LCS Culinary Services is one of the eligible vendors that continues to provide a variety of meal choices for both Civil and Criminal Jurors.
Expected Impact:
The renewal of the contract will allow all stakeholders to continue utilizing Culinary Concessions, LLC d/b/a LCS Culinary Services as needed during jury trials. The expense for jury meals will continue to impact the budget of the District Clerk's Office-Jury Room for the remaining of the Fiscal Year 2025.
Alternative Options:
This is the only viable option at this time to continue providing an efficient meal services to all jurors.
