Background and Discussion:
The project includes the construction of concrete sidewalk with ADA ramps on Bellaire Road approximately 1.93 miles long between Tres Lagunas and 1,250 ft east of Eldridge Parkway. This project was completed to improve and provide reliable and safe routes of transportation to residents of the Harris County. The project was overseen by Harris County Engineering Department - Construction Programs Division.
