Background and Discussion:
On July 15, 2024 Commissioners Court approved the Solar For All Program Manager position. At the time Harris County did not have access to federal Solar For All funds and so the position was created in the general fund so OCA could post and recruit for the position. The position was filled and began in late October. Now that Solar For All has been set up in the County's system, OCA would like to transfer the position.
