Background and Discussion:
This grant program funds the salaries of several grant positions and provides motorists assistance on Harris County freeways and contracting with vendors to remove stalled vehicles. A match is not required and it is unknown if a discretionary match will be needed. We will bring the contract to Commissioner's Court for approval when it is finished.
Expected Impact:
Removes stalled and abandoned vehicles in Harris County highways. No impact to the current budget in place.
