Background and Discussion:
On November 12, 2024, Court instructed the County Administrator to provide an update on all department head market-based salary evaluations conducted by Korn Ferry, for those positions reporting to the County Administrator and others. The attached data represents the current status of each evaluation.
Additionally, on November 12th, Court requested a list of board members and their demographics for the Harris County Houston Sports Authority (HCHSA), METRO Board and Port of Houston Authority (PHA). That list has been sent directly to court offices.
Expected Impact:
The discussion and presentation are designed to inform Court of the current status of the market-based evaluations, as requested.
