Background and Discussion:
Real Estate Appraisal Services for Harris County.
Expected Impact:
Appraising real property is a requirement for many of the County's real estate transactions. Contracting appraisal services allows the County to more efficiently acquire and dispose of real estate pursuant to statute. MWBE Utilization varies with each vendor based on usage. DEEO has no objections to the renewal.
