The Office of the Harris County Purchasing Agent has confirmed the sole source exemption.
Expected Impact:
The availability of data from Fleetio is aiding in performance analysis. Fleet liaisons are able to monitor vehicles they are responsible for. Charge out to departments are recorded timely and monthly expenses are readily available for budget analysis. Features of the system allow easier tracking and reporting of maintenance services being performed. The mobile application, Fleetio Go allows techs to check in and inspect vehicles with hand held device including photos.
